Mindfulness
Our Mindfulness sessions empower business leaders to turn toward and acknowledge their difficult thoughts and feelings; hence it is the first step in emotional healing. The second step is Self-Compassion which involves responding to these difficult thoughts and feelings with kindness, sympathy and understanding. This is achieved by focusing on three key components:
- Cultivating awareness
- Paying attention to the present moment
- Attitude that is non-judgmental, curious and kind.

Meditation
Our Guided Meditation sessions for business leaders are provided to one (or more) participants who meditate in response to the guidance. A combination of Mindfulness and Meditation practice is used, coupled with guided imagery, relaxation and self-reflective diary-keeping or journaling to:
- lower levels of stress
- develop coping skills and comfort themselves when they are hurting
- improve ability to carry out demanding tasks in exacting situations
- abate feelings of anger, inadequacy, confusion and sadness
- reduce occurrences of negative or irrational thinking
- assuage anxiety
- raise levels of optimism
- enhance physical and mental aptitude
- increase general feeling of well-being and an improved quality of life
